JaHbat FC is sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that JaHbat FC is a positive influence in the lives of our children. We strive to service our community by providing a healthy outlet of soccer enthusiasm, sportsmanship, teamwork, strength and skill development, character development, discipline, and dedication for all children regardless of their ethnic, religious, gender, or socio-economic background.

Fundraising for JaHbat FC is voluntary.  Every penny earned goes right back to our kids and their ongoing needs throughout the year.  Please consider one or more of the following wonderful fundraisers we currently utilize for JaHbat FC.

SHOP WITH SCRIP

A scrip program gives families the power to fundraise all the time, without doing anything more than using scrip gift cards/e-cards to pay for your everyday shopping.  You don’t have to spend money on things you don’t need, make room to organize events in your busy schedule, or sell to friends or relatives. Purchase gift cards/e-cards at face value, choose from over 750 retailers (Jewel, Meijer, Best Buy etc.), JaHbat earns a 1-20% rebate immediately, then use your purchased gift cards/e-cards for your everyday shopping that you already do.  Physical cards are great for gifts, especially around the holidays, and the re-load option works great for your regular visits to the gas station.  The e-cards load directly on your phone where you simply scan it at the register to pay. It doesn’t get any simpler with this daily ongoing fundraising.

JUST FUNDRAISING

Every quarter or major season we choose a fun and easy item to sell to our friends and family to help raise funds for JaHbat (stay tuned for our fall/back-to-school fundraiser). Sales are meant to be advertised electronically between friends and family; however, you may choose to safely advertise in person as well.  Please see the attached link to get an idea of different items available for fundraising.

RETAIL & DINING LOCATIONS

Please visit restaurants and retail locations below that will donate a certain percentage to JaHbat when you shop/eat there.  You'll simply mention you're with JaHbat FC or hand them a flyer at checkout time and shoot us a screenshot of your receipt.

Gyros Planet & Taqueria. We are excited to partner with Gyros Planet & Taqueria in Evanston.  They serve Italian Beef Specials, Wings, Burgers, Gyros, Hot Dogs, Tacos, Burritos, and more!  They are located east of Beck Park at the corner of Church Street and Dodge Avenue.  You can order online for carryout or delivery! Visit Gyros Planet anytime and tell them you’re on JaHbat.  Then take a snapshot of your receipt, text or email it to jahbat@jahbat.org or rbjahbat@yahoo.com, and they will donate 5% of your purchase back to JaHbat at the end of each month!
